Your Square catalog, actually manageable

We're still finalizing pricing, but it'll be affordable—think a few dollars a month. One subscription covers the extension, importer, and description writer. We're aiming for small restaurant budgets, not enterprise pricing.

For the extension: your data never touches our servers. Everything goes directly between your browser and Square. We never see your catalog data.

For the Importer: your CSV data is held in your session while you work — you can edit, add rows, delete rows, and export at any time. When your session ends the data is cleared from our server. We never store your menu data permanently.

For item photos: if you use Google Drive to upload photos, you connect your Google account via Google OAuth. We request read-only access to your Drive — we only ever read photo files you explicitly select. We do not store your Google credentials. Photos are uploaded to Square and then discarded from our server.

Modifier photos are managed separately inside Svora and are not synced to Square.

For the Description Writer: not built yet. When it launches, item names and descriptions will be sent to AI to generate rewrites, then discarded. Nothing stored permanently.

We use two OAuth connections:
1. Square — to read and update your catalog
2. Google — only if you use Google Drive for item photos (read-only, photo files only)

Neither password is ever shared with us.

No. All tools use Square's official OAuth login. You approve permissions directly with Square, and we never see your password.

The extension will always be free—that's open-source and unsustainable to monetize. But the Importer and Writer require serious compute (AI, processing), so we can't give unlimited operations away. We want to keep them affordable for small merchants while keeping the lights on.

Yes. Import your menu → Rewrite descriptions with Svora Copy → Manage daily with the extension. They all work together with your Square account using one Square OAuth connection.
